I will go to the seashore over the summer. The seashore has the beach and a pool. It also has a motel there because I'm going to the same motel with my mom and dad as we did last year. The seashore is in New Jersey. I'm going to swim in the ocean with my dad because we like the ocean at the beach a lot.

What I did over Memorial Day weekend

I saw a parade over Memorial Day weekend. There was a fire truck that drove in the parade. There was candy everywhere on the street. I also saw some people playing in a band. There was a boy throwing basketballs everywhere to children including me. I saw the parade with my mom and dad and my Uncle Timmy and his kids. What a great parade I saw yesterday, and it was lots of fun.

Springtime is when.......

We get to have spring break. We also get to have Easter dinner and search for the eggs. We would play baseball outside. Springtime has flowers to grow and bloom. Springthime is the most beautiful season in the whole wide world.

My favorite field trip this year was Harrisburg, PA's state capitol because my daddy went with me, but he's never gone on a field trip with my class before. It was a lot of fun! Some of my 4th grade friends took lots of pictures. Even my dad took a picture of us.

My favorite day of the year is the last day of school. I like when school ends for the summer. Mostly the last day of school is on Friday, but not this year. Maybe next year they will have the last day of school on Friday. Why? Because I get ready for summer vacation.

What was my favorite part of the Granny Awards and why?

My favorite part of the 5th grade play was that some of the 5th graders stole the chair trophies because they weren't being nice to each other. I also enjoyed The 3 Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf at the same time. I also enjoyed Golldilocks and the Three Bears because Goldilocks wasn't really eating the poridge, was she? It was also sad to see David Matthews, our friend leave Belmont Hills.

I've learned about Fairy Tales from the 5th grade play from the Mother Goose stories. I've learned about Jack And The Beanstalk. I've also learned about The Three Little Pigs and The Big Bad Wolf. Then I've learned about Goldielocks and the Three Bears. Last I've learned about Rapunzel in the high tower.

Always want to be kind and help people like helping them garden and clean up. I also want to help them fix some things, like fixing xylophones.

What my favorite part of the Olympics was

My favorite part of the Olympics was the 60 Yard Dash. I was running really, really fast. My Mom, Dad and Grandmom came to see me. I got a blue 1st place ribbon, but I gave it to Dr. Fox, one of the 5th grade teachers. After the Junior Olympics, some of the 5th graders said, "What time is it?" "Lunch Time!" "The dogs in the house go, woof woof woof!"

What perseverance means to me

Perserverance means to keep trying. It also means to do it one more time. I use perseverence when I practice for a concert.
