Brian's favorite Mario Kart DS character

My favorite Mario Kart DS character is: Waluigi. He is a secret character in that game. He has a Construction Worker Kart. I unlock him by beating 100cc Retro Grand Prix in the Lightning Cup. All the characters use items, including Turtle Shells and Banana Peels. He's the best Mario Kart DS character ever!
